95% of them are hand made by us in our studio workplace. We take time to perform the work that we do, blending all our oils, incenses and salts by hand. The pyrography & scrimshaw is done by hand too, not left to a CAD program and computer to do. Even the books are written by us. However, some of our collections & kits contain a small number of pre-made items and we ensure that people understand that we make no claim to having made those items ourselves.
YES! Isle Ansuz himself is heavily dyslexic, its one of the reasons we've written the books. He felt that there were not enough dyslexic & ADHD friendly materials out there. We've ensured that each page is whole & complete, each sentence is whole and complete. You don't have to bounce from page to page back and forth in the book to understand it. On the individual Rune or Tarot pages you can even read the page in order you like as well, you don't have to start at the top, you can start at the bottom, read a sentence, skip up a few lines, read that, and then that's it for the day. Read & learn at your own pace.
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders over £100.
We only accept returns within 30 days of purchase and providing the item was faulty or damaged at the point of receipt.

At present we only ship within the UK. We apologise to our international fans but recent changes to legislations make it impractical for us to deliver outside of the UK.
For orders where we have everything in stock we aim to ship within 1-3 business days.
For orders where we have to make a component from scratch or it is a custom order, the wait is a little longer depending on what needs to be made. Once all compents are complete, we aim to ship within 1-3 business days.
